Ayurvedic wellness

Online and in Seattle

Arvoya is a three-month voyage in self-discovery.

Led by Isai Chaidez. Working with the sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Herbalism. Learn to read your own body, develop your spiritual practice, explore the beautiful giving world of plant medicine, and come to trust the intelligence of your own body.

What this is

A three-month wellness apprenticeship for healing, practice, and self-study.

Through the three pillars of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Herbalism: I support people with long-standing health concerns, mental and emotional wellbeing, spiritual growth, the deepening of wellness studies, and meaningful transformation in daily life.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda offers a way to understand the patterns shaping your health and experience. It guides the work through diet, lifestyle, rhythm, and relationship between body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga

Yoga brings this into daily life through breath, movement, ritual, and awareness. It supports steadiness, devotion, and a more intimate relationship with yourself.

Herbalism

Herbs are of the earth, and so are we. Herbalism invites a respectful relationship with plant medicine through simple preparations and supportive remedies.

The voyage

Three paths into the voyage.

Healing

For those carrying a chronic illness or long-standing imbalance. Through Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle practice, herbal allies, and the slow work of attention, we build a practice that meets your body where it is.

Spirituality

For those with a practice, or building one, who want to go deeper. Yogic techniques like meditation, pranayama, and sadhana, held within an Ayurvedic understanding of rhythm and energy. Not solving anything, but going deeper.

Study

For those who want to learn. A working Materia Medica of plant allies, your own tinctures, yoga philosophy, private yoga sessions. The traditions from the inside, without the focus on dietary and lifestyle change.

He listened to my concerns and goals and helped me make attainable changes while checking in with me weekly.
